Can I get a static IP?
Yes. Static IPv4 is available as an add-on. We’ll share the IP, gateway, and DNS during handover, and help with basic NAT/firewall rules.

Quick Troubleshooting
Link down / no internet
- Check ONT power and LOS/PON lights
- Ensure router WAN is connected to ONT’s correct port
- Reboot ONT & router (power off 30s)
Slow speeds on Wi-Fi
Test via LAN first. For Wi-Fi, use 5GHz SSID, reduce interference, or ask us about Wi-Fi 6 mesh for wider coverage.
Static IP not routing
Verify WAN is in routed/static mode, confirm subnet/gateway/DNS, and check firewall/NAT rules. We can help review during support.
