Visit getduplan.ae or call us to select the Home Internet & TV plan that suits you. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your details and start the installation process.

Installation Day

A DU technician installs the fibre ONT, sets up the Wi-Fi router and the recordable HDTV receiver, and finds the best location for strong, stable signal. A full connection test is performed to ensure everything works across your devices.

How long does installation take?
After your request is verified, we schedule within 24–48 hours (often same day). Actual on-site work typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on wiring.
What documents are required?
Have your Emirates ID and proof of residence (Ejari or tenancy) available for verification.
Will you install a new cable?
If fibre is already present, we activate it. If not, the technician will run the necessary fibre drop neatly to the ONT location.
Does the bundle include a TV receiver?
Yes, plans include a recordable HDTV receiver so you can pause, rewind and record live TV.
Can I add multi-room viewing?
Absolutely. Ask us for additional receivers so different rooms can watch different channels simultaneously.
Is there a contract?
Most plans are on 12 or 24-month terms. We’ll show all fees, promos and upgrade options on getduplan.ae.

Troubleshooting

No internet after installation
  • Check that the ONT and router power lights are solid
  • Power-cycle the router (off 30s, then on)
  • Ensure the WAN/ONT cable is firmly seated
  • If still offline, call 800 155
Some TV channels are missing
Run a channel refresh from the receiver menu, confirm your pack includes those channels, or contact us to re-push provisioning.
Wi-Fi weak in certain rooms
Place the router centrally and away from metal objects. Consider a mesh extender — our team can recommend options.
Receiver shows no signal
Verify HDMI connection, switch TV input, and reboot the receiver. If the issue persists, we’ll assist on 800 155.
