Do you support eSIM?
Yes, most recent iPhone, Samsung, Google and other models are supported. Choose eSIM at checkout for near-instant activation.
Can I keep my current number?
Absolutely. Select “Keep my number” and we’ll port it from your current operator after a quick OTP verification.
Is there a contract?
Plans are available on no-contract and 12/24-month options. Any device offers or bill discounts will show their term clearly at checkout.
How is billing calculated?
Your first bill can be prorated based on activation date. Recurring charges start from your assigned bill cycle; usage beyond plan is charged per standard rates.
Do you have roaming packs?
Yes. Add daily or monthly roaming (voice/data) before you travel or while abroad. Activation is immediate in most cases.
Is a deposit or credit check required?
Depending on eligibility, a refundable deposit or credit check may apply. We’ll show this transparently during order.
Troubleshooting
SIM/eSIM not activating
- Restart your phone and toggle Airplane Mode off/on
- For eSIM: ensure Wi-Fi is on while downloading the profile
- Check you entered the correct activation code/QR
- Still stuck? Call 800 155 for a quick re-push
Can’t receive OTP for number port
Keep your old SIM in the phone until porting completes. If OTPs aren’t arriving, request a resend or contact us to verify the line status.
Bill higher than expected
First bills can include prorated days and one-time fees. Check add-ons/roaming usage. We’ll gladly review your bill with you.
International calls blocked
International calling may be off by default. Enable an international pack or ask us to activate pay-per-use with spending control.
